Andrew Case is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in leading revenue growth and driving business transformation. As Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to optimize sales processes, build high-performance teams, and uncover new business opportunities.

Earlier in his career, Andrew founded a boutique consulting firm focused on Business Culture Effectiveness, where he helped leaders align human capital to business strategy, driving superior organizational results. He later served as Chief Executive Officer at Caliper Canada, a research-based talent management firm, where he successfully guided the company through 18 years of profitability. Under his leadership, Caliper Canada achieved significant growth, culminating in its acquisition by Talogy.

With expertise in talent operations, high stakes deal negotiation, and sales strategy, Andrew is dedicated to building cultures of continuous improvement and fostering strong client relationships.

Chris has a track-record of building top-performing teams running successful B2B and B2B2C companies in Canada, US, Belgium and the UK.

He guides Gyfted clients on how to align their culture, match team members/potential new hires and implement best practices for leadership, team-building, employee engagement and succession planning.

Robert Kowalski

Robert is a mission-driven entrepreneur with a background in startups, finance, and policy. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSc from the London School of Economics. Before founding Gyfted, Robert served as the Head of Business Development for Aegis Custody, expanding institutional investor digital asset custody services. He has also worked as a consultant for GEn1E Lifesciences Inc. and as a Strategic Business Development Manager for OpenGov Inc.

Blaze Mrozinski, PhD

Blaze leads Gyfted's psychometrics initiatives and serves as a Lecturer at SWPS University in Warsaw, specializing in statistics, mathematics, and psychometrics. He holds a PhD in Social Cognition and Psychometrics.. Blaze also runs the experimental research lab at SWPS and has a rich background in psychological research in academia and with private companies, focusing on experience design and data visualization.
